Faculty Self-serve Portal – Mobile Layout

This responsive redesign of the Self-Serve Faculty Portal focuses on translating complex data management—clinical specialties, research databases, and AI-powered drafting—into a seamless mobile experience. Using Figma’s Auto Layout and Prototyping features, I adapted the desktop dashboard into a thumb-friendly, stacked interface that preserves the utility of the live-preview tool. A key challenge was the AI Bio Assistant; I designed a focused interaction model that allows faculty to toggle style preferences and review AI suggestions (using Anthropic AI) without losing their place in the editor. This mobile version ensures that medical faculty can maintain their professional presence accurately, whether they are in the clinic or on the move, with a consistent UI library that scales across all breakpoints.
