SGU Website Redesign

The SGU website underwent a complete redesign and rebuild to address outdated design and performance issues. The project focused on improving navigation, streamlining the backend, and optimizing for speed. The previous site was slow and cumbersome, with a clunky backend and dated aesthetics. The new site features a clean, minimal design with improved page load times, with some pages jumping from a failing 36% to an exceptional 97% on speed tests. It now has a more intuitive user experience, allowing visitors to access any page in just two clicks. We also created custom post types for better content organization and implemented global templates to ensure design consistency. The new site is faster, cleaner, and more mobile-friendly, providing a significantly better user experience.
